Eugene Barg is a joint founder of Pharm-Olam International, Ltd. and MB Quest, Inc. with Dr. Zev Munk . Eugene Barg is the President of MB Quest, Inc., a Contract Research Organization established in 1997 to focus on the emerging markets of Russia , Ukraine , Georgia , Belarus and Kazakhstan . Under his supervision, MB Quest became one of the top 10 international CROs working in the region. Eugene has over 15 years experience in the clinical research field including positions as Head of Quality Assurance, Country Manager, and Director of International Business Development.
