US - Home Based

Pharm-Olam International seeks Senior Clinical Research Associates with 3+ years experience at a Senior CRA level to monitor and manage domestic and international trials. This a full time, home-based position.

Responsibilities to include:

• Supporting the Project Manager with study activities
• Liaise with CRAs and Sponsors to track study progress and milestones; regulate quality standards; resolve logistic and practical issues, and promote the team-working environment
• Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the study protocol and other relevant documentation
• Organize and conduct investigator meetings
• Research and resolve data queries
• Interact with senior staff regarding objectives and status of clinical projects, prepare reports and make presentations
• Ensure regulatory compliance with ICH/GCP guidelines, and company SOP's

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualified candidates will possess a life science degree with a minimum of 3+ years clinical trials experience as a CRA, and be a team player with strong presentation and leadership skills. CRO or bio-pharmaceutical industry experience with a thorough knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines a must.
