Quality Assurance Manager

Pharm-Olam International, a full service, highly responsive, multi-national, multi-cultural contract research organization with specialist knowledge in the emerging markets, have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join the CQA group. This is a key role as Pharm-Olam are committed in providing a quality service to the pharmaceutical industry.

Requirements: a minimum of five years experience preferably in a CRO environment you will assist the QA Director in developing and enhancing worldwide clinical quality assurance policies. As a senior member of the team you will be responsible for the line management of the global QA team, mentoring auditors, reviewing audit reports and recommending improvement strategies. The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of GCP and be available to travel.

This is a full-time position is based in our Ascot office.
